Techno-Legal Liaison and Approvals

• Serve as the primary liaison for obtaining all statutory permissions and approvals from regulatory bodies, including:

• Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM)

• Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA)

• Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MOEF)

• Airport Authority of India (AAI)

• Develop strategic workflows to streamline approval processes, reducing delays and
expediting project timelines.

• Ensure comprehensive and timely submission of applications for permits, licenses, and environmental clearances for complex real estate projects, including high-rise buildings, commercial hubs, and mixed-use developments.
