I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and Chartered Engineer with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Real Estate and Construction Management.
My core competencies include leading complex multi-stakeholder engagements, managing risks and crises, delivering program outcomes, and optimizing profitability. I have successfully executed and managed projects in township infrastructure, smart city, energy and natural resources, and industrial sectors. I have also demonstrated my analytical, planning, and coordination skills in tendering, cost control, and implementation processes. My mission is to drive sustainable and transformative solutions that create value for clients, communities, and the environment.
Subhash Ganore – CoFounder
Mr. Subhash Ganore is a highly experienced and retired government officer from the town planning department with over 33 years of experience, and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as a mentor for our firm.
Mr. Ganore has a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of town planning, and is well-versed in the various regulations and guidelines that govern the development and use of land. He is also highly skilled in the use of various tools and techniques for analyzing and evaluating land use and development proposals, and is able to provide valuable insight and guidance on a wide range of planning issues. In addition to his technical expertise, Mr. Ganore is also a skilled communicator and collaborator, and is able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including developers, community groups, and government officials.
